1.  Please purchase double occupancy only if you already have a roommate. If you do not have one and would like assistance in finding a roommate, kindly email us at contact@geophilia.org before completing your registration

2. By registering for this retreat, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable once payment is made. This policy applies to cancellations due to personal reasons, travel delays, or unforeseen circumstances on your part.

4. Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

5. Trip Date Changes: In the event of a global emergency or national issues in Guatemala affecting the retreat’s safety, we reserve the right to adjust the trip dates. While we’ll do our best to accommodate everyone, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for inconveniences caused by such changes.

6. Medical and Legal Responsibility: Your health, safety, and well-being are your responsibility throughout the retreat. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance with medical coverage.

7. Educational Nature of the Retreat: This retreat is an educational and spiritual/scientific experience. Participants should approach the journey with openness and a commitment to personal growth.

8. By placing your deposit using a debit/credit card, a 5% processing fee will apply. To avoid this fee, you can contact us at contact@geophilia.org to arrange your deposit via bank transfer.

9. The round-trip domestic flight from Guatemala City to Flores costs 1,295 quetzales (approximately 170 USD) and includes one 20-pound checked bag and one 10-pound carry-on. An additional charge of $3 USD per extra pound will apply. Once you complete your registration, you will receive instructions to book the group flight so that we all travel together.
